DAY 1. ZAGREB
Arrival at Zagreb, capital of Croatia. After checking in the hotel we have organized private city tour. Enjoy the night in this beautiful, historical city. Depending on your wishes: have a drink in one of the terrace cafes or explore diverse night life this city has to offer.
DAY 2. ZAGREB - PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK
We are leaving Zagreb and starting this trip with full day excursion at Plitvice lakes National park, one of the most beautiful places in Croatia, which is under UNESCO protection. You will spend night in this fairytale place.
DAY 3. PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK – ZADAR – SIBENIK – SPLIT
On our way to Split we will make two stops: at Zadar for a walk in center and Šibenik where you will, accompanied with a local guide, visit to the famous Cathedral of St.Jakob. Finally we arrive at Split where you will be checking in to your hotel. Relax in the hotel or take a walk and take in all the history and ambiance.
DAY 4. SPLIT – TROGIR
We organized for you sightseeing of Split and trip to old city of Trogir, which is under UNESCO protection, a treasure trove for lovers of art, Renaissance and Baroque buildings, and Romanesque churches.
DAY 5. SPLIT – ISLAND OF HVAR
Full day trip to island of Hvar, due to its geographical position Hvar was an important spot at the sea route since the ancient times. Taka a trip to Pakleni Otoci and let the nature and clear sea wash over you.
DAY 6. SPLIT – MOSTAR
We are leaving Croatia for now and driving to the city of Mostar, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the afternoon explore the city and its famous bridge over the river Neretva. The old bridge is under UNESCO protection and is as beautiful as the old city. You are spending night here, so take your time and sit in one of the cafes near the river and try Turkish coffee.
DAY 7. MOSTAR – STON - KORCULA
After breakfast and check out, drive back to the Adriatic Sea. Our destination is island of Korčula but on the way there we are driving through Pelješac peninsula, where you can visit the beautiful Ston walls. Take the ferry to Korčula where you are spending the night.
DAY 8. KORCULA – DUBROVNIK
Did you know that famous sailor Marko Polo was born on island Korčula in 1254? Before departure visit the „Vela spila“(Big cave) near town Korčula. Continue your drive to the Dubrovnik where you are staying for two nights.
DAY 9. DUBROVNIK
After breakfast take the city tour of Dubrovnik with local guide. Witness Dubrovnik's rich history and discover its magnificent buildings, palaces and treasures. Try the local cuisine or have a drink in café-bar with most incredible view you have ever seen, “Buža bar”.
DAY 10. DUBROVNIK – KOTOR – ST.STEFAN – TIRANA
We are leaving Dubrovnik early. You will be driving through Kotor and St.Stefan, enjoy the scenery. We are stopping for lunch in Shkoder, one of the oldest and most historic places in Albania. Have a lunch at “Traditia” restaurant. After arriving at Tirana have a tour of the city. There are many attractions: Scanderberg square, clock tower, Et'hem bey Mosque, ministry buildings, colorful flats, blloku area. Have a dinner at “Sarajet” restaurant.
DAY 11. TIRANA – BERAT - GJIROKASTRA
After breakfast, check out and drive to Berat. Visite the Castle and Onufri Museum. Have lunch in “Tepelene”, a local restaurant. The old town of Berat was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2008 and for its unique and rich architecture is called "city museum”, as well as Gjirokastra, the city you are visiting afterwards. Upon arrival, walk through the beautiful historic old city center and visit the Etnographic museum and Castle in Gjirokastra. Check in the hotel where you will have dinner.
DAY 12. GJIROKASTRA - OHRID
After breakfast, departure to Ohrid. In Ohrid you'll visit St.Sofia church, Icon Gallery and old Bazaar. You are spending the night here so take your time.
DAY 13. OHRID – AMPHITHEATRE IN DURRES – TIRANA
After breakfast, drive to Durres where you'll visit large Roman amphitheater, built in the 2nd century AD during Roman Emperor Trajan's rule. It is located in the center of the city and is only half unearthed. The Durrës Amphitheatre is one of the largest amphitheaters in the Balkan peninsula, once having a capacity for 20,000 people. Drive to Tirana where you will be spending the night.
DAY 14. TIRANA – DUBROVNIK
After breakfast, check out of the hotel in Tirana and drive back to Dubrovnik for your departure flight.
